Lorenzo Lamas 20 Ocak 1958, Santa Monica, Kaliforniya, ABD doğumludur. Gerçek ismi Lorenzo y de Santos Lamas'dır. Aktör Fernando Lamas ve aktrist Arlene Dahl'ın tek oğullarıdır.
