1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 tbsp. fresh minced garlic
1 tsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup shortening
1 bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
1 jar grape jelly
Directions
